IN A NUTSHELL…

My cakes, cookies and brownies are crafted entirely from scratch, baked to order, using high quality fresh ingredients. I am committed to sustainable packaging and processes using compostable packaging and reusing shredded paper from an office I work in.

I grew up in a home where there was always a smell of baking from the oven. Our hens produced an abundance of eggs and this ensured there was always an excuse to get cracking!

My own family have made me aware that not everyone wants the full sugar rush each time they want a freshly baked treat. For this reason, I also offer guilt free healthy alternatives that are free from refined sugar, and still creating unbelievable goodies that offer the same level of enjoyment. Depending on your specific dietary requirements, I can cater for lactose and gluten free needs.

Friends and family have always looked forward to the fresh, wholesome taste of my home-baked goods. In Covid, I started to deliver food parcels in the post. Home deliveries are the little things that can brighten up someone’s day and what’s better than getting an unexpected delivery of cake in the post!

I decided to collaborate with my sisters, Trish and Anita who had a different set of creative skills that I knew would also be valued. My sister Trish, whose a busy mom of five, somehow manages to balance the orders for her beautiful personalised bunting. Anita, is also excellent at sewing but for now she’s showcasing her talents creating personalised painted cards to mark baby’s births or a couples engagement! Both of these gifts are keepsakes and wonderful additions to decor a room. They are always received with genuine admiration!
